Omelet Daun Mangkokan

Ingredients:

- 6 lbr Daun Mangkokan, dipotong tipis-tipis - 1 sdm Mentega
- 4 lbr Daun Mangkokan, untuk hiasan - 2 sdm Minyak Goreng
- 50 gram Daging Ikan Mujahir, dipotong dadu - 2 sdm kecap Sukasari
- 1 buah Bawang Bombay - Garam dan Gula secukupnya
- 1/2 sdt Lada Bubuk - 1 buah tahu putih, dipotong dadu
- 1 sdm Tepung Maizena - 5 cm Wortel, dipotong panjang
- 2 btr Telur - 1 tangkai Daung Kemangi

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How to Make:

  • 6 mangkokan leaves washed, cut into thin, combine tofu, carrot, capsicum, egg. cornstarch, onion, add pepper, soy sauce Sukasari, salt and sugar mix evenly.
  • Put in penggrengan, omelet (Form according to taste) over medium heat, until browned dry.
  • Remove and serve with sauce.

and How to Make Sauce:

  • 2 spring onions, 1 clove garlic, 2 red cayenne chilli seeds thinly cut, fried in cooking oil over medium heat until fragrant odor.
  • Pick up, put in a small bowl, pour soy sauce to taste Sukasari. Serve with omelets mangkokan leaves.
